Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through job portals
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Update candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Participate job fairs and recruitment events
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (mass recruitment)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative, meticulous, self-motivated and sales oriented
