Legal Secretary

Rba Sg Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Assist legal team and corporate secretarial team in the following but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the teams;
  • Transcribing and proofreading legal documents;
  • Drafting of board resolutions and minutes of meetings;
  • Manage and assist with court cases (require visits to the State Courts);
  • Ensure clients’ compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements;
  • Manage clients’ correspondence;


Requirements:

  • Singapore citizen or permanent resident
  • Candidate should possess at least a Degree;
  • Knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations and court system and process a plus;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Work independently, highly organized with excellent time management skill and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive with high degree of integrity.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Document.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
