The Opportunity
· Deliver civil engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates within the team.
· Monitor budgets and deadlines, ensuring financial targets are met for your projects.
· Design and consult on various infrastructure elements, including roads, drainage, and utilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business plans and client satisfaction.

Is this role right for you?
· A recognized degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Membership of a relevant professional body.
· At least 14 years of industry experience, with a focus on land development and infrastructure projects.
· Proficiency in design software such as Bentley Systems, Civil3D, or AutoCAD, along with hydraulic modelling experience.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
· A commitment to personal and team development, with a proactive approach to leadership and collaboration.
