This role requires a unique blend of leadership and flexibility, as you will manage a variety of operational tasks within regular 8-hour shifts, with the occasional need for overtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Daily Operations: Spearhead the management of all hotel functions—front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and guest services. Ensure that every aspect operates smoothly and adheres to our high-quality standards.
- Guest Engagement & Satisfaction: Become the face of the hotel for guests, ensuring their needs are met with prompt and thoughtful service. Your approach will foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Flexible Scheduling: Embrace an 8-hour workday while demonstrating a willingness to take on overtime when the hotel demands it, especially during peak times, weekends, and holidays.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and finances effectively, driving initiatives that enhance revenue while ensuring operational costs remain in check.
- Team Development & Culture: Lead recruitment and training initiatives to build a strong, motivated team. Encourage personal growth and a collaborative work environment through regular feedback and support.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain a thorough understanding of local health and safety regulations to ensure compliance across all hotel operations, providing a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of One year in hospitality management, with a preference for experience in high-end or boutique hotels.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime to meet operational needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to manage diverse teams and exceed guest expectations.
