Job Description
- Able to produce construction drawings and as-built drawings in accordance to project requirements.
- Able to produce 3D rendering visuals with detailed materials and furnishing chosen.
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
- Able to multi-task as an individual and work as a team in dynamic and positive environment.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in the drafting process and conduct site measurements.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Enscape, Vray and relevant design software application
- Preferably to have 1-2 years in drafting experience
- Able to work independently with responsibility to meet tight deadline.
