Job Description
- Operates CNC machines (Turning/milling) to fabricate precision parts according to drawing.
- Be able to interpret mechanical drawings and fabricate according to its requirements.
- To be able to create CNC programs according to drawing requirements and to always upgrade programming skills.
- Be able to check and inspect fabricated parts using measuring tools.
- Plan and analyze to complete fabrication work according to the production schedule.
- Work closely with QC inspectors to resolve quality issues.
- To work overtime when required to support production demand.
- Clean up the machine and surrounding work area daily.
- Perform daily machine maintenance and weekly preventive maintenance.
- To upkeep the overall department cleanliness and comfortable environment.
- Strictly follow safety regulations.
- Be aware of company ISO requirements and cooperate accordingly.
- Be able to work on the night shift when needed.
Qualifications
- ITE/NITEC in machining
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience and basic CNC turning programming.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
- Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
- Having both skills of CNC with manual will be preferred.
