Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and ledger functions.
- Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements and support strategic financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track precious metals inventory costs, monitor market prices, and optimize inventory.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax reporting, and risk management policies.
- Collaborate with senior management on cash flow, reporting, and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years in finance management, ideally in the recycling industry.
- Expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, analysis, and GST regulations.
- Experience in Risk Management & Hedging Strategies
