- Manage FM engineers daily roles and responsibilities
- Manage FM engineers technical competency in FM aspects
- To ensure and establish Standard Operating Procedure for FM functionality
- To manage customers’ expectation and deliverables, and establish rapport for long term customer relationship
- Provide support to customers for any emergency situation and provide recovery process management.
- Responsible to roll out critical environment programme and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme
- Manage environmental resources, power management / distribution, risk management, safety, physical layout, cabling and monitoring of M&E equipment under the contract
- 24x7 availability as escalation point for operation facility issues
- Plan and execute emergency response and escalation process during an emergency
- Coordinate with end-users, IT and operations teams for facilities maintenance activities
- Develop and to ensure policies, document processes, and provide regular training for operations and engineering staff
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Manage contract deliverables
- Forge strong vendor relationships, and manage vendor service level agreement performance
- To implement the Lifecycle replacement programme for all M&E equipment/system, business continuance and service restoration strategies, create opportunities and assist accountable to meet sales revenue targets
- Ability to travel overseas and to expand business portfolios
