We are looking to hire a Operations Manager who in keen to manage our production and post departments.
The person must be:
1) experienced in producing films or videos and have worked with other companies in this area and also familiar with Singapore crew and production processes.
2) good knowledge of post production and operations of a post department.
3) mature and keen to teach, train and guide the new members on their productions.
4) organised and passionate about managing logistic, crew and cost etc.
5) able to multitask and handle different teams and projects at the same time
7) able to manage the teams going for outdoor or overseas shoots
8) able to write and speak well
Job Scope:
1) Manage the producton and post departments and ensure that the operation run properly.
2) Allocate resources and manage budgets accordingly.
3) Train new and young production members
