Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the allocated accounts.
- Ensure operations (service delivery) meets all client requirements, Company's operating procedures, industry and related international standards.
- Review job requirements (nominations) thoroughly and timely, resolve ambiguities before acceptance of the job.
- Monitor and approve overtime and claims related to day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and provide adequate instructions for inspectors before embarking on the job.
- Liase and provide timely instuctions to Laboratory when required.
- Communicate smoothly and efficiently with field inspectors and laboratory personnel to pro-actively provide service related information to the Account Manager and/or clients.
- Ensure planned resources are properly utilized for operational activities to minimize cost.
- Monitor performance of inspectors, investigate problems, review field reports and correct them when required.
- Plan and perform field audits and visits, furnish audit reports and improvement plans to the Division Manager and HSEQ Manager.
- Ensure all work done is in accordance to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Candidate with a background related to Chemistry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Candidate with knowledge of petrochemical inspection and laboratory testing will have an added advantage.
