Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
- Able to cook vietnamese cuisine, snackes, spring roll, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Friendly and service oriented
- Able to perform shift; work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
