Responsibilities:
- Facilitate NPI projects by supporting the team and tracking project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on project direction.
- Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders.
- Address challenges and provide support when encountering obstacles in project progression.
- Manage project documentation and reporting and conduct post-launch reviews.
- Summarize reports on operational performance and offer actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of process and project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing and GD&T.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel at all organizational levels and with suppliers.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
