We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing initiatives and drive growth through strategic campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across various channels.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and budget constraints.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social media ads, making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to create cohesive marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights, translating findings into actionable marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns and initiatives while maintaining financial accountability.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Agency background is highly preferred, demonstrating experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in running and optimizing paid social media ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation to drive actionable insights.
