Be part of an exciting new chapter as we open our first café in Singapore! We are looking for a Purchase & Admin Specialist who will report to the Cafe Manager and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all approved purchase requisitions promptly.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) for food and non-food items in the System and upload them in accordance with the Purchasing SOP.
- Review and verify purchase requisitions to ensure accurate account coding.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
- Update and maintain the Vendor list file.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and liaise with requestors/users/HOD for compliance.
- Send monthly reports to the departments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience from hotels or F&B
- Proficient in MS Office and experience in SAP is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills & good negotiation skills
- Good administrative, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
