1. Attend to general maintenance issues (raised by tenant or
Operations team)
a) TV or any electrical appliances including water heater
b) Door or window handle repair
c) Bathroom and kitchen cabinet repair
d) Wardrobe repair
e) Furniture repair (bed, chair, table, sofa)
f) Change light bulbs
g) Clean ceiling fan/s
h) Toilet sliding door or shower door
i) Plumbing
j) Simple electrical work
k) Blinds or curtains rail repair
2. Assists operation team to move furniture from one location
to another and assemble it (if required)
3. Assists operation team to dispose unused/broken items
4. Preparation of Handover Condo unit to Landlord
Coordination with Operation team
a) Wall, ceiling painting
b) Asper item (1) covering a - k
c) Paint or varnish wooden bathroom cabinet
d) Wipe clean light cover or casing
e) Any other remedial work required
