Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms and assisting customers on the account opening.
- Be well-versed with our products offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing, ProsperUs and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
- Organise in-house seminars/ webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms.
- Handle customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues.
- Handle and escalate clients’ feedback and complaints.
- Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
- Adhere to the service level targets, and any other duties as defined/assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers’ web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS and Microsoft).
- Service oriented with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
- Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations.
Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage
- Not necessary but if with experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage.
