Job description:
- Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers)
- Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions
- Coordinate with internal CS/Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments
- Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends)
- Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information
Requirements:
- Minimum education in Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Good team player
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
