SYSTEM CLOUD ENGINEER [PROVIDING SERVICE TO PUBLIC (GOVERNMENT RELATED ORGANIZATIONS)]

- Working Location: Central Region (Kallang Zone)
- Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM), usually
- [Required to provide stand-by support (after office hours & weekends/ PH on certain week(s); on rotating basis among team members]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing full system (Linux and or Windows Operating Systems) through custom applications & system security using cloud-based environments/ technology/ services such as AWS cloud
- Monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting of System and Application related issues (e.g.: OS Patching, System Hardening, Security Scanned Remediation, New Implementation, Change Management Processes,
- Reporting and documentation (i.e.: writing/ updating of technical guides, troubleshooting steps, resolution methods, operation & maintenance documentations, etc.)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experienced working as a System Engineer (3 years minimum) in Cloud-based environments/ technologies/ services (1 year minimum, with AWS) for large enterprise organization(s)
- Technical hands-on troubleshooting and implementation experiences with Operating Systems (e.g.: Linux/ Windows), Windows/ Red Hat Enterprise Systems, Active Directory, Linux Servers, AWS architecture, network infrastructure, Identify and Access Management System, Virtualization and Backup, etc.
- Experienced building systems from scratch (Day 1 and Day 2)
- Comfortable and able provide standby support: 1 – 2 weeks/ month (for after office hours and on weekends and Public Holidays)
