Job Scope:
- Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s bottom line is met
- Provides customer service support to both local and overseas Customers
- Responds to calls and/or emails from Customers and alerts the relevant personnel in a prompt manner whenever necessary
- Deals with routine requests from Customers (e.g. requests for price quotes, delivery dates and etc.)
- Passes on any technical queries to the relevant personnel
- Processes Customers’ Purchase Orders
- Coordinates with the various Departments on delivery schedules
- Prepares Quotation Forms, Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders and Tax Invoices in an efficient manner
- Follows up with the various Department intermittently to ensure that there are no delays and that the goods will be delivered to the Customer’s premise within the committed timeline
- Arranges for delivery of goods with freight forwarders whenever necessary
- Prepares marketing materials whenever necessary (e.g. short write-up, presentation slides and etc.)
- Prepares Monthly and Annual Sales Reports
- Analyses Monthly and Annual Sales Reports
- Coordinates the promotion and sale of products to potential Customers
- Maintains Customer sales records
- Creates records for new Customers, including contact details and the name of the representative from Customer
- Updates the records whenever necessary
Trait, Skills and Qualifications:
- A diploma holder with at least 1 year of working experience would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of QAD software would be an added advantage
- Well verse in written English
- A highly self-motivated individual with high level of intergrity and commitment
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Excellent in multi-tasking and time management skills
- Able to analyse simple charts and data
