DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Responsible for the administration of Ihsan Kidney Care (IKC), including but not limited to the following:

❖ Strategize, plan and maintain standard operating procedures, foundation policies and initiatives with the Centre Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager

❖ Undertake research, analyse data as well as develop, design and monitor systems and processes to improve effectiveness of operations

❖ Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders in attending to feedback and complaints by patients whenever necessary

❖ Conduct periodical reviews of the general operations

❖ Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks

❖ Develop / implement corrective action plans for resolution of problems / issues

❖ Work on improving service levels continuously and achieve customer satisfaction targets

❖ Oversee all purchasing matters (obtain quotations, put up purchase orders, etc.)

❖ Manage the inventory of the dialysis centre

❖ Supervise support staff of IKC (e.g. cleaners, etc.)

❖ Work closely with the finance department pertaining to all IKC matters

❖ Assist with processing all claims, billings, invoices, collections, and donations, etc.

❖ Manage all e-portals for IKC (to be assigned as the administrator as well)

❖ Ensure proper custody of cash and receipt books

❖ Supervise all files, mails, and keys in IKC

❖ Maintain and update leave records of staff promptly

❖ Attend to public enquiries (telephone enquiries, email enquiries, etc.)

❖ Support IKC Committee in all administrative matters

❖ Any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager / Assistant Nurse Manager / Executive Director / Executive Secretary


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in any relevant course
  • IT Savvy
  • Leadership and People Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Atleast 1 - 2 years experience
