- Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of daily maintenance, transition maintenance, turnaround maintenance and upgrading and improvement related to maintenance
- Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
- Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.
- Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.
- At least have 2 years experiences.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
