Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 6 months contract
Salary: Up to $3000 + 0.5 month completion bonus
Job Scope
• Calling of policy holders on a daily basis to initiate recovery
• Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party
• Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policy holders and financial consultants
• Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery and/or claim operations experience
• Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of life insurance policy coverage, statutes, regulations and subrogation processing is a plus
