RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle partial set of accounts.
- Prepare management reports such as P&L and Balance Sheet
- Handle GL functions and entries.
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.
- Proceed payment & update daily cash book.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Monitor and follow up on AR ageing in accordance with timeline.
- Any other finance ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authority when required!
- Ensure timely GST and income tax filing.
- Any other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office and accounting software
- Pro-active and hands-on team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and good problem solving and analytical skills.

5-day work week. Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
