Salary: Up to 3.5K
5 days office hour
- Provide administrative support to the team and lead, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Assist with meeting logistics, including scheduling, room reservations, and teleconference setup.
- Manage team communications, records, and files using tools like Teams.
- Handle meeting minutes, follow-ups, and workflow management.
- Maintain distribution lists, organizational charts, and electronic files.
- Track and manage the team’s budget and expenses.
- Handle purchase orders and invoices using internal systems.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential correspondence.
- Support various projects and initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for decisions and outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality work and resolve urgent issues promptly.
- Provide backup support in the absence of other administrative colleagues.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Lifescience / business management
- Has prior 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience using applications, such as Concur, WebEx and Ariba
- Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel will be an advantage
