Duties:
- Order Process
- Handle customers, receiving orders
- Arrange deliveries
- Ensure goods are shipped out on time
- Ensure customers enquiries / complaints being handled in a proper way
- Assist with some packing duties on urgent orders as and when required
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
