The Opportunity:

- Work hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (minimal OT)
- $4500 - $6000 Basic + Moblie Claim + Transport Claim + Bonus

The Job:
- Works with various components including HVAC systems, air or liquid cooling systems, power distribution units, CRAC/CRAH units, fire systems, life safety systems, and other infrastructure systems.
- Designs, plans, installs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems.
- Proficient in understanding sensitive facility components affected by system failures or malfunctions.
- Analyzes current operating conditions to recommend preventative and proactive maintenance methods.
- Evaluates facility standards and practices to enhance maintenance procedures and operational efficiency.
- Develops a continuous improvement plan to boost system performance and efficiency.
- Ensures timely notifications to clients through a centralized BMS monitoring system.
The Talent:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline
- 4-5 years professional working experience in Data Center Infrastructure & Facility Management
- Electrical system and components experience is an advantage
- Only Singaporeans.
