Job Description
- Point of contact for all functions including managing of staff related matters escalated by functions’ heads
- Manage gift declaration and disposal
- Disposal arrangement
- Cost Recovery
- VIP Support Management
- Coordinate catering services for VIP and staff
- Manage visitors, rooms and facilities booking for venues
- Event support
- All other administrative support
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min diploma in any discipline with relevant 2 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
Working Days / Hours
- Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break)
- Central
