Senior Human Resources Executive

Talent Acquisition

  1. Curation of an enticing internship programme.
  2. Building relationships with schools to ensure a source of interns.
  3. Put together offers of employment that take into account internal and external compensation equity, and communicate offers of employment in a persuasive and professional manner to secure acceptance of employment offers.
  4. Recommend hiring standards, selection criteria and job requirements (knowledge, skills and experience) to fulfil the current and future business plans of the organisation
  5. Execute initiatives to deliver the employer branding strategy and promise through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Manage full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  7. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness in filling positions quickly.
  8. Conduct workforce planning to anticipate hiring needs based on business growth and turnover rates.

Business Partnering

  1. Creation and communication of HR policies.
  2. Ensuring that personnel files are up to date and kept in order.
  3. Provide resources to advise senior leaders to determine the appropriate course of action in people related matters.
  4. Act as a point of contact for employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, advising management on legal risks and strategies for avoiding them.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement in HR processes.

Talent Management

  1. Conduct learning needs analysis and develop learning and development strategies, curricula, and business case content with business units to improve workforce capabilities.
  2. Manage training programs, including trainer selection, scheduling, and maintaining a training database, and apply for grants.
  3. Implement and operate a performance management system, and support employee engagement activities to enhance motivation and performance.
  4. Facilitate new hire assimilation, succession planning, and employee recognition programs, while promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
