My client is an established firm who seeking a Regional HR Manager to join its team. You will be supporting the team for HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HRBP, working with cross-functional leaders on the Company’s HR strategy in line with APAC/Division/Group People Strategy.
- Full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, employee’s retention, employee engagement, training development, performance management, compensation strategy, policy and strategy development.
- HR Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement. Execute company Compensation and Benefit programs, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with employment regulations across Southeast Asia, Pacific, and Taiwan.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment activities. Lead Talent Review and People Development initiatives to strengthen core competencies and align with business needs and strategic priorities.
- Performance and Training: Manage the organization’s performance management process and develop the annual Training Plan.
- HR Systems and Reporting: Maintain and manage HRIS to meet evolving needs, including regular HR reporting, manpower planning, and budgeting. Provide data-driven ‘people’ solutions for management decision-making.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR/ Business/ Relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions.
- Candidate with regional experience will be a plus point.
