We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities within those accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong account management skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management:Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
- Sales Development:Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.
- Sales Operations:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
Generate sales reports and forecasts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5 years as an Account Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and account management best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
