- Together with the project team, analyze and optimize HR data
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
- Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
- Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
