Job Responsibilities:
- To arrange booking of space for containers.
- To liaise with various departments to finalize shipments.
- To coordinate delivery schedule with shipping/transport companies
- To prepare and file all relevant shipping documents.
- To coordinate and process required certifications with respective government sectors.
- To update and monitor shipment data on the shipping plan.
- To handle L/C issued by customers for shipping purpose (submitting to bank, collection from bank, etc).
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level/Nitec in Business studies or above
- With basic computer skill and knowledge of shipping procedures
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience
- Willing to perform overtime if required
