- Prepare and coordinate site activities, including the development of submission documents.
- Collaborate with and manage various project stakeholders, such as customers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work schedules and plan for manpower and resources.
- Interpret engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations and design tasks.
- Oversee the implementation of the safety management system on site.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Familiarity with Singapore standards and Codes of Practice is essential.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Work location: Various sites across Singapore.
