The Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience of winning new business and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for the retention of clients and new business development. They will manage and develop our Terrorism and Political Violence client relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit and be responsible for targeting and converting prospects with the wider Crisis Management product suite.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Client Management of our Terrorism & Political Violence portfolio
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospects including research, initiation of contact and new business presentations in order to obtain new business
- Lead a team of client focussed executives to maintain and deepen client account relationships
- Liaise with TPV analytics specialists to showcase WTW capabilities to existing clients to aide retention and support for new business opportunities
- Utilise WTW analytics to assist in the generation and converstion of new business leads
- Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise to provide support, service and advice to clients
- Ensure all relevant information is gathered in the preparation of annual renewals andendorsements on key accounts
- Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs and look for solutions to deliverthose needs through the provision of ongoing service
- Work closely and maintain relationships with key market and client contacts
- Liaise with others to ensure compliant processing of contracts and contract certainty requirements
- Check policies, market presentations and client documentation
- Broke, or liaise with placing brokers to achieve agreement of markets where required and maintain diary/pending system to monitor progress
- Creation of presentations for both new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate and concise placing files, using corporate document management system
- Perform quality control checks on all documentation
- Overall responsibility for compliance procedures for total individual client base
- Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of WTW, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations which apply to WTW.

The Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the global Terrorism & Political Violence market, including account management, broking and production.
- Experience navigating a global broker operating across multiple time zones
- Demonstrate strong relationship, consulting and negotiation skills
- Proven experience working with retail and wholesale clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of WTW global structure and multiple stakeholders beneficial
- ACII qualification (or progress towards) is desirable
