Purpose of the role
The successful onboarding of new customers to our platform via analytical skills, clear communication and teamwork. You will further help to develop the relationship with our customers that our commercial team has built up, making sure we understand how our customers do business and how to improve on that, making their supply chains outperform. You will work in a team in projects, together with a (Senior) Consultant.
Skillset
We would like to hear from you if you tick most, preferable all, of the boxes below:
- Finishing or have just finished a degree in supply chain management or relevant studies with a supply chain minor
- Strong communicator, both verbally and written, fluent in English, preferably with a second language
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Analytical skills with a keen eye for improvements
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and manage expectations both internally and to our customers
- Responds promptly to customer needs
- Eager to learn and able to handle feedback from customers and fellow team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience
This is a role with a career path: ideally you would grow from Associate to Consultant and then on to Senior. You either have a degree in Supply Chain, have 1 or 2 years of experience in supply chain or have a degree in IT or Project Management with an affinity for supply chain.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for the configuration of the platform at our customers, together with the Consultant. During the implementation you make sure everything is documented according to our standards, assist in giving training and communicate with our customers. Next to your work with our customers, you help to give training via our Academy for existing customers. From time to time, we will also have internal improvement projects where you can be part of.
