Requirements:
- A degree in civil engineering from recognized universities and from the professional engineer’s board is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in large sclae building projects.
- Proficient in project construction management.
- Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
- Shall be well versed in different levels of government agencies and construction regulations.
Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of the projects.
- Monitoring of site activities, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and schedule of works.
- Assist and support the project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of the project.
- Responsible for awarding delivery orders and preparing contract-related documents.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing subcontractor inquiries and the assessment of quotations upon receipt.
- Maintain contract documentation and provide advice on pre-tender and post-contract matters.
- Responsible for handling cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control, forecasting, and cost reporting.
