We are looking for a self-driven junior copywriter. The candidate will be responsible in developing concepts, copywriting and creative approaches for social media marketing campaigns, with a passion to maintain the client's brand integrity that resonates with consumers.

As a team player, he/she will be working closely with fellow creatives and various marketing specialists.

Job Description:

  • Will be part of the creative team to develop concepts and copies for advertising campaigns and marketing collaterals including but not limited to print ads, videos, brochures, website and social media channels for branded clients.
  • Participates in, and leads brainstorming sessions as well as writing engaging and compelling copy in a clear and concise manner
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Marketing and the broader creative team to develop original and innovative work and ensure timely delivery of marketing and advertising collaterals
  • Critically analyse client's feedback and input, be discerning in your creative judgement and offer a clear point-of-view.

Experience and Attributes

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience with an advertising agency
  • Social-first thinking and executional skills: understand what’s going on in culture and the social media landscape and be able to ideate and write for a socially-connected audience.
  • Keen eye for detail and able to critically edit your own work.
  • Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
  • Have a firm grasp of brand voice and adapt it to suit different channels and target audiences.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Strong writing abilities and pitching skills.
  • Able to accept and react appropriately to creative feedback.
  • Resourceful and an effective communicator.
  • Independent and self-driven personality for a startup environment.
