As our Creative Marketing Lead, you will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, oversee creative direction, and collaborate across teams to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. Your knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and digital/POSM designs will be critical in developing effective campaigns that resonate with audiences and elevate our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
- Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital channels
- Oversee creative concepts, content creation, and design execution for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Google Marketplace).
- Analyse campaign performance and refine strategies to maximise engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Video Production and Editing:
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects (or similar advanced video editing software), with experience beyond basic tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Ability to create engaging and quick-turnaround social media videos, promotional content, and simple infographic-style commercial videos.
Graphic Design:
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Capable of executing high-quality photo editing and producing professional-grade graphic designs for social media and printable materials.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to conceptualise and execute digital & POSM designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce back-end and front-end processes (Not limited to Shopify, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok Shop)
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation in digital content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing a creative team with an agency background is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI designing software (Figma, Adobe XD etc) or any website design experience is a plus
