Business Development Manager (B2B)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully developing B2B clients from the ground up (from 0 to 1). This role requires exceptional market expansion skills and the ability to accurately identify target customers, with strong expertise in overseas lead generation, product demos, and telemarketing to drive business growth in international markets.


Responsibilities:

  • B2B Customer Acquisition from 0 to 1: Identify and secure new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify leads, and assess product-market fit (PMF).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to iterate on sales materials and storytelling strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify breakthrough growth opportunities.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to optimize our product and
    messaging.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, with a preference for candidates with experience in B2B SaaS and AI industries. Strong understanding of business expansion from 0 to 1 is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver product demonstrations and engage with customers. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with the ability to work adaptable, with a quick response to market changes and customer needs.
