Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Meetings: Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Track Project Status: Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, handle travel arrangements, and coordinate logistics for various company activities.
  • Event Planning and Organization: Assist in organizing and planning internal and offsite events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare Stakeholder Reports: Assist in compiling and preparing reports on the status of ongoing projects for stakeholders.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all materials and information with the utmost professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Internal Reporting: Collect and collate information from internal sources for reporting on invoicing and collection status.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a project assistant or similar administrative role is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • As the role will be required to liaise with stakeholders based in Korea, the ability to converse in English and Korean would be a plus
  • Excellent time-management abilities and the capability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player who is adaptable and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
