Job Responsibilities
· Perform administrative support for the Department
· Accurate and prompt execution of PO processes and invoice submittals
· Ensure on-time delivery for all order shipments to designated locations
· Handling of procurement related enquiries and feedback from regional offices
· Assist with claims on short-shipped, wrong or defective orders
· Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
· Track and ensure best rates are applied on all shipments
· Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fulfilment and logistics role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AX system
- Meticulous, analytical with strong organizational skills
- Proactive with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
