• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
• Analyze customer feedback from guests and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and addressing customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Establish friendly relationships with regular clients
• Foster a culture of hospitality excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements.
• Japanese knowledge and speaking is advantage.
• Good communication skills are must.
• Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance
