Scope of work
1. Providing office support service
- First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents
- Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
2. Visitor management
- Attending to walk-in customers
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
- Good team player with a high level of initiative
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration will be preferred
Contract Period: From 27 Dec 2024 to 26 Dec 2025. (Contract Break from 1 June 2025 to 15 June 2025 and 1 Dec 2025 to 15 Dec 2025)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 6.30am to 3.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
