Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Partner with the department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Use Info-Tech software to manage HR functions, including e-attendance, leave applications, and claims submissions.
- Assist staff with the use of the Info-Tech systems, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating with relevant teams for support as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, conduction tours, and handling exit formalities.
- Provide an orientation tour to all new hires, familiarizing them with the company culture, facilities, and key personnel.
- Prepare and distribute company memos and communications in both English and Chinese to ensure clear and effective communication across all levels.
- Support general office administration tasks as needed.
- Assist in organizing company festive events and celebrations, coordinating venues, and materials to promote team engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related filed.
- 1-3 years of HR experience including recruitment, preferably in the automotive or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Info-Tech software is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare written communications in both languages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
