LOST SG is a high-tech, top-rated 60-minute escape room game in Singapore! We are in GR.ID shopping mall (Near Dhoby Ghaut, beside Parklane Shopping Centre)
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain quality of interaction of game masters and ensure overall customer satisfaction before, during and after their games.
• Maintain general welfare of staff and customers.
• Assist with bookings on-site and via phone.
• Manage any safety incidents that may occur.
• Ensure that customers are well attended to and that game timings are adhered to
• Perform shopkeeping duties and manage overall operations and availability of escape rooms.
• Ensure and maintain basic housekeeping standards.
• Inform manager on any technical faults on games or in shop and manage technical incidents.
• Open and close the shop as needed.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player and work closely with other team members
• Take on duties of part-timers when needed.
Desired Traits
• Experience with management of teams and time and shop management.
• Enjoy working in a diverse and energetic environment with a positive, cheerful attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Renumeration
• Salary: $2400 - $2800 based on experience.
Working Hours:
• Hours: 8 hour Day, 6 Days a week, 1 rest day a week.
• For late games that ends past 11pm, we do provide transport allowances.
