Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs.
• Design and propose cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs and align with their strategic goals.
• Develop and deliver presentations, demonstra1ons, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
• Build strong relations with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Participate in industry events, conference, and webinars to promote the company’s cloud solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution briefs, and customer proposals.
• Document customer interactions, solution designs, and feedback for internal use and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a presales role in the industry.
• Experience in cloud-based deployment and management in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments.
• Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands.
