Job Description:
- Organize and maintain the company’s central storage, ensuring it remains clean and inventory is accurately controlled.
- Monitor stock levels within the company and place orders in a timely manner.
- Establish and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
- Enhance cost efficiency throughout the purchasing process.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems to improve procurement and inventory management, focusing on process oversight and execution.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Accountant to oversee the company’s inventory budgets.
- Ensure all controlled substances are properly logged, stored, and accounted for.
- Oversee equipment and instrument maintenance, tracking, and timely servicing or repairs.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Director to use inventory management software effectively.
- Report directly to the Founders and Assistant Director on matters related to procurement and inventory.
- Implement additional security measures to improve stock management and automate purchasing processes.
- Assist the Assistant Director with billing procedures through designated billing software.
- Lead the setup of automated billing functions through the company’s billing platform.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant related studies.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in establishing e-procurement in an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
