RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primarily support at sales department
- Attends customers phones enquiries
- Work closely among inter-departments
- Follow up the documents update such as Invoices and Credit note, E-Invoices to customer
- E-filing, Transmission in Customer's Portal within the timeline
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
- Ensure adherence to company policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 'O' levels
- Comfortable working with people from all levels
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Bilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay in order to communicate with multilingual speaking customers.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Attentive to details and fast learner
- Able to work in a team
- Meticulous and independent
- Able to start work immediately or within short term notice.
- Willing to work on Saturday when required, allowance will be provided
