Duites and Responsibilities:
- Mold Maintenance / Support Production Mold Servicing if necessary.
- New mold fitting and assembly.
- Jig & fixture Assembly/testing.
- Repair mold according to Mold Repair Requisition.
- Mold troubleshooting when is required.
- Understand how to operate grinding machine.
- Record history data during mold troubleshooting.
- Ensure job is done according to the drawing requirement.
- Perform self-inspection before passing to the next processes.
- Ensure 6S are carried out at all times.
- Safety is everyone’s responsibility, feedback to the supervisor if there are any doubts.
