Duties and Responsibilities includes:
- Maintain excellent guest services through standarised operations
- Support operations with staff movement - rostering, leave managment, etc
- Assist with schedule/reschedule of appointment for guests
- Managing guests expectations and attend to enquiries;
- Promote & sell products and encourage pre-booking of future appointments;
- Recommend various services to ease cross-service booking;
- Confirm appointments daily to ensure srevices slots are filled;
- Informing team members of daily schedules and/or any adjustments;
- Resolving guests feedback and complaints
- Supporting Service staff when required;
- Responsibility for accuracy in opening and closing of daily POS sales
- Support and manage Inventory and ensure processes (paperwork) is maintained
- Maintain complete tidiness and cleanliness of the salon
- Upkeep prime maintenance of hair equipment
- Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required
